Shipping policy

Adult Signature Required All orders require an adult signature upon delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that an eligible adult will be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

Processing & Shipping Times Due to high demand, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

We Are Not Responsible for Misdirected Packages Cellar Finds is not responsible for packages that are misdirected, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you believe an error was made, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and collect the applicable fees before sending your order again.
